What is your management fee?

We offer two options depending on the level of service: 20% for digital strategy + bookings; 25% including on-the-ground operational management. The evaluation is free and without obligation.

How long is the contract? Can I cancel?

The contract is seasonal. Renewal and cancellation terms are defined clearly during the agreement phase, before starting.

How do you handle taxes and compliance?

We guide you through the required obligations and support operational management in line with regulations and local rules.

Who pays for maintenance and extraordinary work?

Routine interventions are managed and coordinated by us. Extraordinary work is carried out only with the owner’s approval and a quote.

How quickly do you respond to guests and owners?

We reply within 24h (often much sooner).

Can I rent out only in summer?

Yes. You choose when the home is available: you can block any dates you want.

Do you also handle cleaning and check-in?

Yes. We manage check-in/out, cleaning, linen and maintenance (depending on the chosen plan).
